How to Download and Install MioMore Desktop 2 on Windows 7 64-bit

In this article, we will show you how to download and install MioMore Desktop 2 on Windows 7 64-bit in 15 easy steps.

Step 1: Check your device compatibility

MioMore Desktop 2 is compatible with the following devices only:

Combo 5107LM / 5207LM

MiVue Drive 50LM / 55LM / 60LM / 65LM / 65LM Truck

Spirit 51xx (LM/Base Map) / 54xx LM / 56xx LM / 75xx (LM/Base Map) / 76xx LM (Truck) / 7700 LM / 85xxLM / 86xxLM

Step 2: Download the installer file

Click here to download the installer file for MioMore Desktop 2 (about 40 MB). Save the file to a location you can easily find later.

Step 3: Run the installer file

Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation process. You may need to allow the program to make changes to your computer.

Step 4: Choose your language

Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu and click OK.

Step 5: Accept the license agreement

Read the license agreement carefully and click I Agree if you accept the terms and conditions.

Step 6: Choose your installation folder

The default installation folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\Mio Technology\MioMore Desktop. If you want to change it, click Browse and select a different folder. Then click Next.

Step 7: Choose your start menu folder

The default start menu folder is Mio Technology\MioMore Desktop. If you want to change it, click Browse and select a different folder. Then click Next.

Step 8: Choose your additional tasks

You can choose to create a desktop icon and/or a quick launch icon for MioMore Desktop 2. Check or uncheck the boxes according to your preference. Then click Next.

Step 9: Confirm your installation settings

Review your installation settings and click Install to begin the installation.

Step 10: Wait for the installation to complete

The installation may take a few minutes. Please do not interrupt or cancel the process.

Step 11: Finish the installation

When the installation is complete, click Finish to exit the setup wizard.

Step 12: Launch MioMore Desktop 2

You can launch MioMore Desktop 2 from the start menu, the desktop icon or the quick launch icon. You may need to allow the program to access your network.
